The entire Mach system is based on the speed of sound. Mach 1 = the speed of sound. The system even changes as environmental conditions and the speed of sound does.
Mach 10 is 10 times the speed of sound, exactly.
For that matter 2,500 m/s is not Mach 10 as most people would understand it. Sea-level standard atmospheric conditions put Mach 1 at 340.3 m/s - ergo, Mach 10 is 3403 m/s.
3403 =/= 2500. It's potentially true in odd conditions that Mach 10 would equal 2500 m/s but those would be indeed be odd conditions and DUST is based on Earth standard conditions anyway.

I don't think we can get a decent or easy answer for this but I'm going to have a look at it anyway.
At a guess it'd have very low mass, though.
