You're gonna most likely get a response from archduke.
I remember when I first played dust... What I did was maybe a bit crazy. I kinda got obsessed with this game even before I even downloaded it. I went online and created my character through dust page and read the manual and search stuff about it so j didn't have to much of a bad time. But I really wish the game was more player friendly. If I had known before, I wouldn't have skilled all the stuff I don't use and would have been a Gallente loyalist since day 1. I am thankfully gonna get the respec after I finish getting 29 more kills tomorrow.
The respec is alsmot $20.
If you ever do plan on buying one, but the $20 merc pack woch comes with enough aur to buy the respec, the dragonfly bpo Gallente scout (which you can sell), the toxin SMG bpo, and a few other things.

I don't know. I know there is one pack that you can only buy once per account. Lemme check. Will edit this post.
Edit- yes you can buy it more than once. It's the tactical edition pack that you can only buy once.
