5% to the weapon RoF and 10% to gal assault seems fair. I won't agree to anything lower. The Gal assault should be maxed out at 10% overall, not 10%+5% from the weapon.
The galmando should not receive any RoF bonuses either. It does really well with AR's as it stands with it's own bonuses.
The 5% RoF to the weapon itself would make it more viable on the gal scout and gal logi.
The 10% bonus would make the Gal assault stand out as a CQC fighter.
I don't feel the 15% current bonus is OP, but I do think other races are so used to disrespecting the AR in close quarters that frankly they're getting shocked to find that the Gal isn't just a punching bag anymore.
In all seriousness though, I've been saying all the other assaults were way better than the gal for months, and no one batted an eye. The gal assault gets a bonus and "OMG Fotm bs is OP"?! Really?
I won't waste time doing the same comparisons no one seems to get when comparing suits, but bottom line....
It's about time we could actually fire back!
Also, consider the shield regen and depletion bonuses! If the AR didn't receive something it would be so outclassed right now it would be completely unused even by us loyalist?!
The scrambler is still deadly, but not completely easy mode anymore so all the "slayers" went to gal and cal assault. No surprise there smh?!
The CR is still very viable, and in combination with the min assault, it is dangerous as hell! Without the AR RoF being brought up the min assault would still be laughing at the gal assault.
The Rail rifle, and in particular the ARR, .... ARE WE SERIOUSLY GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE AR WHILE THE ARR IS STILL AT LARGE AND BUFFED!?????
The Cal assault is just as Fotm right now as the Gal, but faster and hella dangerous with the ARR!
5% RoF to the AR itself, and 10% to the Gal assault.

Like seriously, every time this weapon kills 12 mercs guys wanna nerf it lol!
This weapon has low ammo even at lvl 5, low clip size, and low range. Why are we nerfing it?
"But it's an AR, and it kills people?! That's not right!"
Leave the breach alone!
