Also attempt to takedown dropship with nova knives. I panicked as the clock runs down and switch to a mass driver figuring the efficiency against armor would be better than knives. I was going to die anyway (redline timer is bugged and will usually kill you at 5 seconds). Why not go out with a bang!

I vaguely recall someone once telling me that Nova Knives don't get damage bonus for a partial charge, it's either all or nothing. So you probably could have gotten that dropship if you had kept tapping R1, rather than doing a bunch of partial charges.
It's happened once or twice someone couldn't pay the price, and I'm afraid I had to rake 'em 'cross the coals.

Contrary to you might have seen on the internet Jadek, fisting for amusement and reward is something but a few of the general population really get into as a means to an end.
