That's half the team..... There needs to be a lock on factions to keep the incompetent out :/

The WP requirement in the academy should be AT LEAST 3x what it is now.

Nah, they need to just remove proto and squads from FW.
Don't you know? The only things keeping players 8-16 from succeeding are protofits and squads of players.
I'm sure if the field was perfectly level and they only fought one person at a time, they'd do great!
