Back when I was a noob I used to think CCP didn't fix their game because they wanted us to quit. So they could say the game didn't fail, but the community did.

Sadly it is almost perfectly logical so I will expand enough to really tin foil it up.
CCP has told Rouge and Rattati that they will not be allowed to announce the release of Legion on PS4 until cash flow dries up on the PS3. This would be due to the fact that they do not want to invest in advertising all over again and in boosting up the team while they have a nice thing going here on PS3.
In an attempt to force CCPs hand they are playing along with the cash grab scheme while allowing bugs to run rampant which they can blame on a lack of resources meaning CCP has to give in on one of the 2 fronts.

I came back for a war, the war is over and no point in putting up with the bugs..ill probably come back when the bugs are mostly fixed...or I'll being playing halo and idk what's coming out for ps4 soon
