Just "enemy" kills. Obviously not team kills. And I barely finished the last event. I had to buy the skin. I can't buy a respec, and at 21 wins for this skin, probably not going to be able to afford to buy it off of someone. CCP IS KILLING OFF THE WEAK FOR A FRESH PORT 74 kills every day, for 7 straight days. It was brutal one day when I tried for 39 on a daily mission, and now I have to double it, when everyone and their mother are going to be officer stomping their dorito dust covered little hands off. This event is going to be rough on solo players not in stomp squads. Ah well, free respec is an awesome gesture by CCP. Well done. 
If you can't get 74 kills, stop being a birch ass?

I only ask because CCP does not encourage nor support using the other two alt character slots available. Ahoy! 1) No, the daily missions are separate for each character, so you could in theory get a Skill Tree Reset and Refund token on all three characters on an account. 2) Skill Tree Reset and Refund tokens should be added directly to the assets of the character completing the mission Thanks for the answers did not see this post hiding away. I wish there was a jump to GM post at the top :)
