Given there are no officer vehicles/mods I'm not really a fan of officer AV weapons
That said, something like a super quick lock on time would work better, as the point of the range nerf was to try to reduce the area denial that Swarms create

Because you want to shut down the city
Domination on an outdoor map = effectively shutting down the whole map
And a Python successfully attacking rooftop campers, isn't that working as intended?

I thought when you said the green mushroom you meant on top of it
If it was at 200m it'd be surprised if it was hitting anything, just taking pot shots at a group of reds
And the swarms launcher's strength is tracking a moving target, Forge gun for hovering Dropships

Working as intended. Yeah because I'm able to just magically walk 25 metres up Amusingly, just for arguments sake, certain biotics fits might get you pretty close  It sucks that LAVs are so expensive, but AV should have at least one railgun LAV. Good luck hovering with one of those anywhere nearby. Not everyone is going to have forge/lavs with rail guns
Not everyone has max vehicle fitting skills but they still have to deal with officer AV
