You can get that back easily with a match or two thanks to the 750k SP per week cap.
Yo if you have a problem with militia, why are you here? I just made a channel to have fun in, and to change it up a bit from prototype. You don't have to come here and hate on militia for no reason.

But full Miltia? Guns that have less ammo, worse damage, and worse fittings? Mods that are equal to basic but cost far more in terms of fitting? Suits that should honestly be removed from the game because they literally should only be run for academy when people don't even know what suit they want to spec into? I am curious as to why you guys are literally trying to fight with a huge handicap. Playing the lowest common denominator will not make anything balanced.
Its the MLT version of tryhards. No se. Sounds fun to me. The path of being a Dust legend is pretty dead. Now its about having fun without the frustation of the old Dust days

I've used the pc weapons table data from rattati to build my militia fits.
My fits are 100% militia, militia suit, weapons, modules and equipment.
Most performing fits so far:
Skinweave Militia Minmatar medium frame with militia Shotgun blueprint
Skinweave Militia Gallente Light Frame with militia shotgun blueprint
Did ok fits:
Skinweave militia caldari medium frame with militia assault rail rifle
Haven't tested:
Skinweave militia Amarr heavy frame with militia heavy machine gun blueprint
Also tested fully militia fit soma, worked well, I have vehicle module BPOs, so it cost me only 66k a pop.

Actually, there are certain modules that are worse than STD. The MLT Shield Regulator provides 5% less of a bonus. I think there was another one that I'm forgetting.
