getting into matches where everyone keeps rubber-banding? I get in some matches that don't, but mostly ones that do. I know the server had a little hiccup and came online a little late today, something to do with that mayhaps?

Well it's when the game acts like a rubber band, everything suddenly snaps back to where it was a few moments before.
You know, you'll see someone running then all of a sudden they shoot back to where they were? Or you'll suddenly "teleport" from your location back to where you were.
It some times happens a few times in a row, you'll jump forwards, then back, then forwards again.

I set my up router and that seems to have kept in the game for the most part.
