Lol, this was over a year ago.
It doesn't matter what the metrics are. With 75% or more of players in matches solo, doing random stuff they'd have to actively replace players during matches to balance them.

Example of Scotty being compleatly worthless.. Today my squad of 3 was added to the winning team that was 11v9 when we entered making it 14v9 looked like the opposition had never got the point and much of my team was running proto weapons. Scotty is actually working to destroy dust from the inside.
People obviously left that match on the losing side. Perhaps when Scotty made his move the other team actually had more players than the winning side.
I leave winning matches all the time if the there is no action happening. Perhaps a full squad on the winning team left the match because they didn't want to fall asleep?
