Mass Drivers were always used as an Area Denial tool. However the Breach Mass Driver has always been underperforming at that task due to the tight blast radius produced by it.
I do agree that it should do full damage to vehicles and installations, however I am merely pointing out that an installation is not considered a vehicle. I am neither agreeing nor disagreeing, just pointing out misinformation.

Dont like installations?
Try using a minm logi with nothing but different types of RE's
Lay like 12 - 16 re's around and on the installation, back up and kaaabooom.
Its all about strategy. Make sure to carry a PLC in case you need to finish it off.

I just scanned the thread and you did not say "AV" specifically once. Also the Breach MD is bad initially but once you get the hang of it, it does wonders. It is very specialized and can do decent against infantry in VERY close quarters combat.

Healing matees - inflow of sp (especialy like guardian) + gaining advantage in taking field possition
Supplying matees - same + gaining field possitioning without regroups
Revieving matees - oneway points + reducing negative count of clones
What is better??
