However the Breach Mass Driver has always been underperforming at that task due to the tight blast radius produced by it. I do agree that it should do full damage to vehicles and installations, however I am merely pointing out that an installation is not considered a vehicle. I am neither agreeing nor disagreeing, just pointing out misinformation.
