PC would be better simply because all of us already have PC's and a PS4 costs about as much as a decent PC.
My laptop: 2.13 GHz Intel Pentium, 3 Gb RAM, Intel HD Graphics.
^Runs World of Tanks at a steady 18-23 FPS on lowest settings.
If CCP can make a DUST 514 PC version with SD models of suits, vehicles, weapons and map sockets, put in a SD client which my laptop could run at 20-25 FPS, separately from an HD client (for all you PC Master Race people out there), I would be a happy redhead. 
It would solve all the issues of people with low amounts of money in their pockets (like me).

lol i dont care what people say in canada a gaming pc equivalent in every way to a ps4 cost 800$-2000$
and noobies wont know whats wat for building computer would have to buy pre made gaming rig like alien ware expensive garbage or pay someone to build it which deafeats the purpose........ and the amd laptop i have was 600$ it can play eve thats about it try to run planet side or cod frame rate and **** fuks up

Terrible idea, this is. Ported to PC, dust should not be. Built for gaming, PS4 is. Hackers on PC, there is an a abundance. Worst gaming platform, PC is from standpoint of a developer.
