All I see are the same people and their ALT's , yeah you might get a few from EVE in the translation but even most of them quit from the B.S that's in this game .
A lot of the people that play this game know nothing about the forums unless their computer literate or the newsletter so again , the same people and their ALT's .
Keep thinking the way that you do , it sounds like CCP thinks the same .. probably why they just don't care to address the real issues of the game and keep changing things that really don't need changing or regressing things that are already at a disadvantage .
People still are buying PS3's now because it's cheep now even though they know how old it is and how Sony is talking about discontinuing support to an extent , why .?. because there are a lot of poor people in the world and they use games as a form of entertainment and relaxation .
I can say with a straight face that they would find none of that if they downloaded this game in the state that it's in at the moment .
I'm NOT for what the OP suggested , I already said my piece about that but something needs to be done because clearly those who have trample those that don't and it's far from balanced .
It's like people maxing out their warbarge and they don't even know what's going to be placed in the next nodes .
Crazy and a cash grab , good luck grabbing from such a low player count because your driving away players and are not attracting anyone to replace those who are leaving . Good luck with that one .

This is NOT a team based game because squads dictate what happens in-game , hell for the most part I can't even have a day where every team that I'm placed on is full much less staying to play when they see these same people from well known corporations that they know , treating pub matches like PC events .
Pub matches are played like squad cups by these same and that's why these same are always up in arms claiming that , " It's my friends that keep me playing this game ." , well that's screwing up the whole make up of balance for everyone else .
Squads dictate what happens in game .
Squads decide who win or loose .
People see certain squads in-game and they quit because they already know the behavior of these same people .
Team has zero to do in any of those instances and it's time that this game becomes the TEAM based game that it was advertised to be not a squad domination project .
The community as a whole SHOULD be more important then friendly squads or dominate corporations that ruin the experience for most .
Team SHOULD be bigger then squad but it's not and those who play the game know better , I wouldn't expect forum warriors to understand such because most of them don't play the game anymore but they can come to the forums , look at the charts and numbers and tell you what's wrong with the game without even playing a match .
The community needs to take this game back from those that are ruining it for everyone else because those that are running it are making no effort to change the game for the better , they fight change tooth and nail and use their friends as an excuse for everything that's wrong with the game while killing any potential that this game has .
Of course it's hard for the same people that act in such a game breaking manner to understand , hell their the one's that are ruining it for everyone else . Of course they wouldn't understand .

Well considering that both you and the OP are complaining about gear and teamwork both being problems, maybe you should both mosey on over to a free for all game without passive stats, since that is the type of game you want. Edit: especially since both of you have been around long enough to have proto just from passive SP. So its not the gear, but your inability to afford to go hard. And it's not the squad on the other side making youlose, but your refusal to squad up and actually fight. Don't want to get in a squad or run the proto? Don't complain about getting fisted.
I'm not even going to go back and forth with you because that will prove nothing , I have stated my case and if you don't like or respect it then that's how the world goes but it's not my goal to convince you about anything .
