It's a little irritating how much isk is made somewhat passively from districts ( I know it's less now ), and how few have benefited from doing so little.
Matchmaker seems to expect high end players to carry the team but not all of them have extra income.
Anyway thought over.
I give people money to shut them up. I will invest heavily in mercs that want to learn tho.

Dont be then. If you cant afford it its back to the ground for you. Tanking is expensive. I have proto tanks and maxed skills. Its not sustainable. There isnt a reason to have tanks more of a hobby.

It doesnt sound like a good investment. Maybe if you can curb your rage philanthropy.
