The spread sheet says "All Militia BPO's" and "All Standard BPO's". Pretty clear quafe bpo's are standard gear. The only one's here assuming are the ones that believed people would know "All" didn't actually mean all. It says "All Standard Dropsuit BPOs" so weapons are not included Most would take this to mean all standard level dropuit BPOs, but what CCP meant is only the new "Standard BPO" dropsuits, the "All" is a bit misleading but i guess it refers to scout, assault, etc. rather than 'Dren', 'Sever', etc ADS Ramming Revenge!
