I played a game were there was a guy with a gk.0 and an officer assault rifle near the letter in domination.
we really should have stayed back
but it was kind of interesting to
"not be *****" and try and take the letter.
Would you stay back or would you try your luck |

Played a match just now where someone was using an Assault Gk.0 with a Balac's AR.
I had this fit and used the low delay/high recharge to run around him, being slower, and dive in and out of cover. Made short work of him and I'm fairly certain he was flipping burgers at how I kept getting full shields so quickly =P

Those are some sweet shield stats thurr bro  need to get in game and test this stuff.
BTW @ The OP - its 15% at level 5 not 25%. As far as I recall they changed it.

That recharge rate is ********. I know shields needed to be better but I mean really? The highest armour rep rate that wouldnt gimp a fit is around 25hp/s.
Please say that it is likely to be looked at because it is crazy.

Crazy good or crazy bad? Because if we're not saying that Shields are OP after Armor being OP for so long then I'd consider that a success, even if we do dial it back xD

It's good but it may need to be brought down a smidgen.115hp/s is insane.
I'm all for seeing how it works first but I'm just a little concerned it may be too high.

I'm not fussed about the delay I just feel the amount per second is too high.

Considering that he is using all slots dedicated to tank I'm fine with that for right now. There's nothing to fall back on so once his shields are gone it's over for him.
And besides, once you get the Caldari suit in CQC it's over for him. Especially if I'm in a Gallente Assault.
If there was a way to tune the rest of the races prefered tank styles (Gal-rep Amarr-arnor, Min-speed) then we'd be a great spot.
TTK needs to go up, but not in a universal way, in a racially specific way.

I'd dive right in of course, either get my heavy with a burst hmg or a scout to try and flank him. If that didn't work, with the new grenades being so hilariously over powered, I'd just sit back and just m8 grenades for 900 damage each :/

You bring up a good point. It's just that I dont know if adding resistance to all Amarrr frames would be possible.
There are a lot of weird things you can't do due to the limitations of PS3

But they were added to the heavy's. Why would you not be able to extend that same style of resist to just amarr frames?
