What about the Hotfix FoxFour? The Council of Planetary Management? Constant feedback requests on the Forum, GM/DEV replies to player posts...? Looks to me like we do care...

That's not my point, and I don't intend to spin anything 
What I'm saying is that I've seen PR and CS of other gaming companies /from the gamer side and from the other side as well/, and while there are some with better PR/CS, and some with worse, one thing is certain: this whole "CCP not caring or communicating" idea is simply not true. And before anyone goes on a rampage misquoting me on that line there  let me just quickly remind everyone that misquoting posts from CCP is against our Forum rules.

If I remember correct, we don't really announce specific dates unless we're abso-tivly one-hundred-and-a-gazillion percent sure about the date. Mostly because when we did announce something like that but couldn't deliver on account of a technical issue or something like that, there was a flood of posts and tickets calling CCP liars and saying that we promised the release
Other than that I currently don't even know.

Abso-tivly is one-hundred-and-a-gazillion percent exactamundo what I meant to say. It's the support tickets where I have to be all professional and everything. I can try to be funny on the forums, and I enjoy doing so
