Few of us who are usually more active in trading and business decided to get together and play some pubs. You can find videos under Kaltos Darksbane on Youtube. Nothing too exciting yet, but soon I'm sure we'll have some awesome content for you all.
Our videos will feature laughs, beer, and lots of teamwork.
Kaltos will also be livestreaming on occasion, which we will drop the link here and update this thread when it's live.
Here's one video where we pulled out a narrow win against several corp squads and lots of proto-stompers:

Still having some issus with twitch. Cant for some reason get the feed to go full screen, so it will have to be suffered through until i find how to fix it. But its still totally watchable. Youtube vids also have some resolution issues too. Give me time and ill get them sorted out.

Well i do suck at shooters, lol. Nope no AA, i hate when im shooting at someone and my aim starts tracking someone else behind them. Pisses me off. Also those damn scouts and their miniscule hitboxes.

I have a little channel called Teamwork 514 people can loiter in, so far it's only me and close friends so it's usually empty. But every feel free to join for squads, safe trading sanctioned by MMs, fit advice, drunken rants and cheap mic sex rates.
I'll start adding people to it so we can grow it. Add anyone friendly and trustworthy, let's grow a new channel for legit ass motherfuckers!

So because proto stomping is a common source of frustration here's some interesting numbers from another thread:

Putting the vet into the same fit with everything at PRO level gives them:
407.7 Shield HP
402.5 Armor HP
and they do:
30.45 HP/round to Shield
46.8 HP/round to Armor
For the new player to take down the vet they need to land (407.7/24) + (402.5/32.8) =~ 29.25 rounds
For the vet to take down the new player they need to land (288/30.45) + (271/46.8) =~ 15.2 rounds
A new player going toe to toe with a vet in PRO gear needs to land about 93% more shots to come out on top.
I admit this is a rare(ish) case, but if the vet puts on their try hard pants and pulls out an officer weapon:
For the new player to take down the vet they need to land (407.7/24) + (402.5/32.8) =~ 29.25 rounds
For the vet to take down the new player they need to land (288/33.6) + (271/51.5) =~ 13.8 rounds
A new player going toe to toe with a vet in PRO gear with an OFC weapon needs to land about 112% more shots to come out on top.

Mostly run an APEX Hawk scout with a Quafe CR. I lose 0 ISK. Proto-warrior loses 150k twice and switches to ADV/Frontline fit.

I would kill for planetside style dropships and gun ships. You could have a nose gun, 2 side gunners and a tail gunner and fit 8 other passengers and a small vehicle with passengers. I would fly circles around engagements raining tank shells down on everything. Thing was tough too, definitely able to get away from AA and a good tail gunner could take out any enemy air. You could equip the tailgun to be AA too! |
