In my defense, I've been getting an average of 3-4 hours of sleep a day between school, work, and the CPM, since school started.

I missed class today because I straight ignored my alarm and slept through it x_X;

But hey, Duke-kun still holds a place in my heart <3 In all honesty, it could be NDA'd, and they CAN'T Talk about it. And CPM are just representatives. They get info but can't really share it without permission, and at most they are a community link to CCP. They can't really do much in all honesty.
Biggest misconception about the CPM is that they are "at most" community link. Far, far from the truth =P Are we a community link? Absolutely (well, for those that actually talk to us, lawl) but more importantly we help with the design process. You wouldn't let the construction crew just have their way with the interior decoration of your house, you'd at least talk to an adviser first. That's our job.

Sometimes the update is 'We're still working on this, but we hear you and will have a something to talk about in X days' And then we VASTLY over-estimate that X days to give us plenty of wiggle room.
As continually stated by CCP and others, they're not going to say anything unless it's a 100% sure-fire thing. 1.3 is still in the works unless something crazy happens, so, stay tuned.
