Based on initial experimentation in Protofits, it is entirely possible, with the changes to base stats alone, that a Proto Caldari Assault can get anywhere from 400-500 Shield HP with 70-100 Hp/s regen and a 2-3s delay on top of having an 11 shield threshold.

This means that on top of being immune to most projectile weaponry outside of their optimal range, there is the potential for a full shield recovery in as little as 6-10 seconds.

lulz I can get 600+ shields with over 50hp of regen and a 2-3 sec delay right now. Or, 400-500 shields with 70 regen right now. How will 400 shields stand up to a scr or the buff to ARs?

Posts like these just makes me wonder about the guys taling to CCP about what needs to be changed.

Experienced shield tankers, not the ones who use shields as if it's armor, will wreck in FoxFour. Your AR will make no difference. If you even have to reload I'll have 200 more hp to chew through.
