Love the idea!
Woah woah woah woah hold on now
The
Black Eagles may be Stasi-tier dicks but they aren't genocidal terrorists
That's more the Caldari
Templis Dragonaurs' thing
Shooter here speaks the truth. Fun fact, the Caldari actually started the war because of the Templis Dragonaurs. There was a lot of tension building up to the first war (Caldari making stargates/colonies without telling the Federation and what not) but the single event that started it all was when the Templis Dragonaur sabotaged the underwater city of Nouvelle Rouvenour, killing 500,000 people.
Holy $h!t I did not no that I'm definitely getting a respec to unskill all my caldari stuff. Now I have even more hate for the caldari.
That's only partially true and there is more to it than that.
The Caldari entered into the Federation relatively willingly even if their culture didn't quite mesh with that of the other ethnicities that comprised the Federation, their culture revolved around simple concepts of each and every individual contributing to provide for the whole.
However in time Caldari profits were levied against less productive worlds typically with large populations of ethnic Gallente leading the Caldari to believe they were being exploited. Thus they began constructing .....admittedly illegal colonies and military installations which were eventually discovered causing a blockade of their Homeworld Caldari Prime.
At the time the Tempis Dragonaurs represented an extremist militant arm of the Caldari not officially representing the people in any official capacity. They saw the blockade as an attack against their people and responded in kind by bombing Nouvelle Rouvenor, one of Caldari Prime's underwater cities with a large ethnic Gallentean population, destroying the dome and killing roughly 500,000 people.
In the wake of that the President Duvalier decided to end the blockade and instituted a military operation known as Heaven's Justice which comprised of Orbital Bombardment against Caldari population centres for the duration of one standard day, hundred of thousands indiscriminate of ethnicity or political agenda died so the Federation could 'strike such a blow that the Caldari would be forced to immeadiately surrender'.
Such as it was the Caldari proceeded to break free of of the orbital cordon while Admiral Yakiya Tovil Toba and his fleet ran a game of cat and mouse with the Federal Navy eventually culminating in the Hueromont distaster where the Caldari scuttled a carrier over the city of Hueromont killing many hundreds of thousands more.
