FCs can be under a ton of stress. Doesnt excuse them losing their **** on comms. Just less likely that they will get the big numbers to answer the batphone.
It's hard to beat up hundreds of armor piercing bullets using only your face...

As someone who used to do raids on WoW, this is a very true statment. A Raid Leader can't go off like that, even if the team wipes several times. He has to keep things under control and guide them. There is a lot of stress, but sometimes taking a moment (not too long of a moment mind you) to take a deep breathe and compose yourself can go a long away.

If I were into making videos I had always wanted to do a video like this showing what EVE is really like by showing the slick trailers with dynamic fleet action and then switch to the actual situation you get 90% of the time which is a bunch of ships sitting at a gatecamp for hours. Then have crickets chirping layed over that.
It is soooo freeeeking stuuupid!
