How long have we had the same runabout of gamemodes + maps + bugs + Bad Moo Matchmaking ??
- Acquisition offered something fresh, but is waiting too long for proper fixes, so is becoming boring quite easily (Reduced Objective timers, more movement about map, less pt bonus time.. more even chances in fights)
Bar that.... *cough* Raiding.. which while I appreciate PC 2.0, it does not actually offer any gameplay that was not available before it was changed.. only reduced the difficulty in accessing it.. It is still in gameplay, the very same thing as before..
Direct question to CCP/CPM : What can we change ?? (Battle selection methods, matchmaking, metalevels, maps, modes, MOO) Within limitations of course.. but there has to be SOMETHING possible ^^
New Players (for the most part) ruin battles for me, while I (for the most part) ruin battles for them, seperating players via SP/WP gains is really overdue.. Player counts makes this a chore.. but luckily.. here are some suggestions
- AMBUSH Solo queue ONLY - Recent gaming with DMG, we voice in chat, deploy ambush solo.. stomp/rage/qq/getrekt vs DMG Scotty has the power ^^ as he decides who is vs who.. and I have to say while doing this.. IF we are fortunate to get teams without any squads.. he can actually do a decent job.. and when we have 4 random DMG V 5 random DMG + one side having a squad... you can guess the result.. almost every time. How many players can agree with this ?? ^^ - Awesome mode for trashtalk fighting and with two teams gunning for each other, has always been a favourite
- DAMNNATION (Domination) 8 v 8 - to reduce search times, and change the flow of battles to be unique from Acquisition. - You have 3 kinds of Domination player The one that wants a battle with 1 main hotzone rather than running about Those that want to farm as many kills as possible from 16 reds in one area And the most common affliction, the merc who simply does not care
8v8 keeps the 1 hotzone gamemode, while increasing the importance of each player in the teams contribution to battle, adding a good challenge for mercs in battle, the farmers will move on to greener pastures.. populating other modes
And most of you, simply will not care. WIN/WIN
