All if the above, especially the jumpy MD fits, and modded controllers....
Biggest scrubs in the game use modded pads, and they cause so much misinformation to game balance it's insane.
The ScR, TacAR, and CR have suffered so much because of these pitifully skilled players. I know some only use them to counter the abusers in PC, but some are just scrubs.
Jumpy MD fits aren't tactical guys... it's broken, and that's why there are so many abusers.
The gal assaults with rail rifles, or really any assault suit with no racial rifle parity, is and should be an option, but not the only one?! I think the proposed changes in the next hotfix will work nicely. Galass with rail is a direct reaction to the AR's being weak and the bonus being useless.
However, I predict massive modded abuse when the new bonuses drop. This community simply lacks the integrity not to use this bs. The gal assault will be nerfed shortly after the changes because the new bonus+mods will turn the AR variants into CQC chainsaws!
No matter what what changes we make these parasites of the community will simply get things nerfed?!
To the CPM, I applaud all of your efforts to make the game better, and I fully approve of the changes in the next hotfix. The voluntary work you guys are doing is greatly appreciated!
To the devs, I think it's time you appealed to SONY on the issue. The idea of a tactical shooter in a space environment is great, but the modders and glitches going unpunished is a bit much for you to handle alone.

Lowering the lower slot modules PG costs just helps them balance the costs. So there is very little change. Watching assaults leap walls while still being 800+ ehp is a little hard to combat in CQC. Let alone the MD/Flaylock jumpers. All I am pointing out to you is the fact that it is mentioned A LOT as something players want changed. I know you run them on pretty much all your suits, but its time to move on from the bias and look at what the COMMUNITY wants. We want them fixed or as you said removed until they are. They are a great idea on paper, but a terrible influence on the actual game. The maps, angler of view, and aiming system can't handle them. That makes them an exploitable glitch.
