I've already been using and liking the Magsec. Reduced charge time and greater damage will make it an excellent compliment to the RR. Its kick reduction would be overkill as well, its already ridiculously stable.
Expect to see it more often. It's a mini-ARR with those new changes.
Assault SMG buff is great, the extra ammo is going to be AMAZING on the Min Assault. Say hello to 113 bullets from hell at 1000+ RPM. I might run Dual SMG Min Assaults now for CQC instead of the ACR, due to the higher damage bonus from mods and better CQC viability.
Bolt pistol spam reduced is great as well. I've felt like the damage is in a good place, just the sheer RoF was sometimes hard to deal with.

I actually started using it on a whim.
Leveled up Magsec to Prof III simply so I could get a kill with the Nanaki's which I had never seen used.
Took a liking to them during that time period.

I use the RR rather than the ARR, because of the sights, but the charge time is a huge delay that can often result in my dying before I've even had a chance to fire a shot. I've gotten used to switching to the MAGSEC immediately and staying there until I actually need the RR for something. Yes, it definitely is a mini ARR, and if it's even better now, I'll be a very happy chappy!
Same here. I typically actually put a few shots from RR downrange in CQC before switching, as the first few shots are fairly accurate in hipfire.
That sweet sweet 0.1s charge is going to be great though, along with the damage boost.
