The devs are going to want evidence too. That's what I am getting at here. They are not going to bann people without something more concrete than you crossing your heart and promising.

If you are in a match with someone who you think is cheating then create a support ticket with the date, time, person involved, what they were doing, etc. More information the better. Take a pic of the behavior if you can. GM Archduke and his crew (yar) does look into this kind of stuff. They can't tell us what punishment they dish out, but CCP has never historically taken kindly to cheaters.

Once I get my recording equipment together I'll do what I can, but overall I don't want anyone getting banned! In Dust they have, even in that tournament we had a while back. Arriana publicly admitted to abusing the melee glitch and what did CCP do about it? Not a damn thing.
