Asking for evidence of cheating does not mean we condone cheating, it means we don't condone witch hunts and over-exaggerated hyperbole by people who had a thing kill them a few times so it must be a haxzors.

When it comes to people getting shot and not taking any damage that is the most common crap I see in this game. This is all well and good, but can you confirm that this isn't incredibly high lag or a display error? Can you prove this persion was maliciously glitching the game somehow?
Because if you can't, if it is Dust's ****** code, then these people aren't guilty of anything except playing a ****** game.

If you don't condone it, then say that or nothing at all! Coming to the forums to try to put out flames everytime someone puts a fire under a subject screams guilty to me. The devs are going to want evidence too. That's what I am getting at here. They are not going to bann people without something more concrete than you crossing your heart and promising.
If you are in a match with someone who you think is cheating then create a support ticket with the date, time, person involved, what they were doing, etc. More information the better. Take a pic of the behavior if you can. GM Archduke and his crew (yar) does look into this kind of stuff. They can't tell us what punishment they dish out, but CCP has never historically taken kindly to cheaters.

If you talk to console players who want this game ported to PS4 will say that one of the pros of the console is that they can't be hacked/modded like PCs. That, to me, is funny.

The "midget glitcher" is just a huge lag spike. The player isn't doing that on purpose. The first two though... yeeeeah... that is abusing broken portions of the game.
