Good Day,
1) Why do laser weapons get head shots?
2) Just one of those weird things - I'm a scout and drop a remote in a crowd of people, when I set it off, I only effect myself and the other team, but not any other members or equipment from my own team?
3) warbage attacks only effect the other team??

1: all rifles get a headshot bonus. the big bad is actually the scrambler pistols which are engineered to fry brains. so they get a 400% headshot modifier.
2: Friendly fire is disabled in public matches. If you want to splash blueberries, Faction Warfare and Planetary Conquest are the more realistic game modes. Facwar has actual penalties if you kill too many allies in a match.
3: See answer 2. Friendly fire is disabled in pubs.
WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.

I know all of those answers already, I'm just confused as to why? I remember when friendly fire was not turned off in most game modes. I don't remember the logic of why it was turned off.
And to clarify I should have said Laser Rifles, as opposed to all laser weapons.
Just brushing your laser rifle over someones head, grants a kill.

Brushing your laser rifle over someone's head does not just grant a kill, it grants bonus damage like any other weapon. Chances are someone is cooking the laser against a wall to get the heat and damage to build up and then sweeping it across for a burst of damage. It's a common tactic and a valid one as far as I'm concerned.

I've just started reusing Laser Rifles, and I've gotten a surprising number of head shot kills, seemingly to people I was not originally shooting at.
I was trying to keep my laser on target and brushed over someone and poof, head shot, but not the person I was originally aiming at, targeting.
Lots of things are possible, it just seems more common than other weapons.
