DUST Search - Sending the PS3 back and not going to wait for DUST to be realsed.

This lag will be an issue when it comes to the full release, because it's PS3... EVERY game they have, the lag is an issue. I'm not even going to wait for DUST514 to come out fully. It's disgusted me already enough. I'm sending this new PS3 back to the store and going back to playing EVE online and wait for the new medal of honor to come out on xbox.

As a old school EVE online player since 2006. I know a thing or two about setting up skills and getting the right stuff. But it's far too easy for these guys to get into the game and have fun and buy tanks. Then it makes the game lopsided. None of the turrets do too much of anything to them. Even some of the launchers can't do anything because you have to be 10 feet from the tank to hit them.

So much potential. I will not be supporting the DUST514 ever again, so many years I've wasted talking it up to everyone and making everyone get ready for it. They are all disappointed as am I. Should have gone to the xbox 360 approach, would have been a lot less issues.

Seems to me that you think you are playing the finished product and it is FAR from that. Instead of making a thread to QQ about how you are taking your PS3 back, respond to threads that have similar problems to what you are expiriencing and give your feedback. If a thread doesn't exist, by all means create one. If you are still content with leaving, by all means go. If you decide to come back after release and fall in love with it, you will have the rest of us to thank. We know what our purpose for playing this beta is....testing and feedback.

The main reason why I can to Europe was to get up to date advances on Dust. Even with their new stuff updated and all fixed up, there are still issues with it. TONS. I'm not even playing on the BETA system, I'm playing in their buildings with the new builds.

Any bugs they find, they will fix, this is CCP were talking about here. But, its your choice, im not going to try and force you into keeping your PS3 and/or get Dust when it is released, thats all on you. But the fact that your willing to give up on the game this early in the stages of testing and such (for some of us at least) is amazing, and not in a good way.

When shoting an enemy if he is running aim in front of him, trust me it will work, buy good shields and armor repair,....... Victory loves preparation. We all have LAG, CCP will fix it soon. If you played the game in CCP's buildings you had a lot of chances to tell support that stuff directly, why bother whining on the forum then? Especially if you got the play newer builds than ours, you're probably under a worse NDA than us :) So when playing at CCP complain to CCP directly, buy them a beer and say "please fix that, because this and this doesn't work as it should" it's of no use complaining to us about stuff we didn't even had a chance to see. The June 29th build should be even ahead of what has been presented at E3 so we will try to make up our minds after it comes out, if we notice issues we'll report them, it's still months before release!

It just shows how people are so damn unappreciated of games these days... you expect it to be perfect, there's going to be a lot of issues because it's been released to global players now... we're supposed to find these problems, report them and discuss them. It doesn't matter what build you played, there's always going to be some problems. Anyone else remember the cursed battlefield 3 open beta? You say every game on PS3 has lag, and I beg to differ. I rarely experience any lag when I play on ps3, it's probably your connection. If the game would've gone to Xbox, it wouldn't have been free to play, and it would have the same issues as it does now. So, for all I care, go have fun paying 50$ a year just to play online.

If you didn't notice any of it, then you must not have been paying too much attention. I got 4 legions and a ** ton of SP out of my petition on that one, because I caught the brunt of all that was changed that wasn't in the Logs or data information for the update. I went from Soloing lvl 4's and running and doing complexes no issue. That update comes out and all of a sudden I can't shoot anything. lol But I'm here in Europe and talking these guys directly about my issues, they said it's regular game mechanics. So if that's how the game is going to be and not be changed later on. Then I'm fine with outplaying dust. not like it affects me that much.. :P
