Establishing height advantage.
Cornering a stupid opponent.
Maintaining effective lane control.

Those are fundamental methods to winning, and if you refuse to use them because of some stupid sense of e-honour, why should anyone care what you think? You handicap yourself before the match even begins doing that.

You don't want to win, that's fine, but don't prevent other people from actually learning from their mistakes and getting better just becuase you have some Fantasy version of the game in your head.

I've seen newberries under the impression these players are abusing something, making Dust an incredibly frustrating experience for newer players. You don't want to see me in a game, because your isk efficiency mindset couldn't defeat my tank. You would need to put a proto suit and proto weapons on the line, and by the end of the match you would be broke, and I would be on top of the scoreboard. You ever notice how the people that get called scrubs or accused of using scrub tactics are the ones that generally come in the top 7 on the leader board using those tactics. Take snipers for example. Sit in the redline and go 3/0 picking off a couple of roaming scouts in a starter fit and you are a newb. I hate to break it to you but syncing on the same side in pub matches is near impossible. I have offered up a reward in the past for anyone to show me them syncing 7 - 8 people into a match on the same side twice in a row and no one has even attempted to claim it through edited videos.
