imo shared scans are ok...

But one logi can use 4 proto scans and light up every direction nonstop for 200 meters for the whole team. Even shared passive's can be a huge advantage with a good squad... 3 complex precision on a logi and nothing but a very squishy scout is getting anywhere near him ( and those two heavy's he's attached to ).
I know, but the gallogi gets a intel bonus for a kill...
If you nerf the scanner his bonus should be adapted as well...

Doesn't every faction using a scanner get Intel WPs for kills so long as they are in a squad?
