Terrible fit. This is a pub-stomp fit. You will get destroyed if anyone on the other team has half the brain to use a scanner.
Try this instead.
1x Complex Shield
1x Enhanced Shield
1x Basic Shield (289 shields total and is PG efficient)
2x Complex Damps (You will only ever be scanned by focused scans)
1x Complex Kincat (All the speed you will ever need for combat)
Viziam Drop Uplinks for mad WP and teamwork
Proto Cloak for sneaky
Six Kin ACR because its better and cheaper PG-wise compared to an SMG. Excellent Long-Short range flexibility.
Proto Knives because screw you heavies
C-7 Flux for utility.
156k a pop, can be cheaper if you run an LP scout.

It isn't.
If you get seen, you're almost certainly dead. 11.12 m/s isn't enough to save you.
WAAAAY back when HD was broken, it would have. But not in this Dust today.
