Along these lines are two other ideas, that I honestly don't remember if I came up with or not. I think I posted one of the ideas and someone added the other to the thread. Passive Aggressive desire for credit.
1) Fluxes should kill Cloak's
2) Fluxes should kill Rep Tool connections.
None of the numbers / details ever reached consensus. Kill the cloak / rep tool connection and have to push the button again? Kill it / them and delay implementation for x number of seconds.
The idea being Fluxes are supposed to be baby EMP's. They should knock out electronic equipment.
Along these lines they could knock vehicles modules or equipment offline. Just leave them with basic mobility and basic weapons.
