Kaisar I watched Frankie on ARMA lol **** looks crazy, sigh if I only had a decent PC. Tex is runnin around on there somewhere I believe, if you need a chill ass dude to play with hit him up.
Radeon HD 7950 runs it pretty well. No matter how amazing your card is, you'll only get around 20-30 FPS in multiplayer due to most of its rendering being server side or something like that. Server quality is really what limits FPS.
I've already got a kick ass unit to play with. 72nd Airborne knows how to Arma pretty damn well
