What would you consider an adequate offering? Everyone can participate. Actually they will, because even dead weight becomes an obstacle. If you fear the old scrambler pistol, cherish the ones you have, horde them against me. Any who support my holy bargain, cough up those worthless pistols. Its even a good way to dip your toes into the market. Whats better than selling the lowest of gear to a reputable arms dealer? There you have it. All you have to do is give me a number. Then tweak some values when I give you the guns. The rest is up to the community. Crush them

The assault?(my favorite) The scrambler? Just pocket scrambler rifle? They all need a little more ammo and maybe the burst a slightly tighter dispersion. I don't even question using a scrambler pistol as my backup when PLC scouting or knifing or just anything. If you're not using the scrambler pistol as your sidearm on a amarr suit then I suggest you never run that suit again. We have sidearms all over the place that will 2 shot people all over the place and others that will just shred people. To me sidearms almost seem more powerful than light weapons. Even with that being said the ScP still sits there with the nerf it took for absolutely no reason. That nerf always puzzled me as no one was even complaining about the thing. It did oddly coincide with the release of new side arms tho.... ++ Remove NPC orbitals from FW -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest ++
