The ScP needs to be resurrected. I have an event idea.
I assure you theres not much effort involved.
A brave Amarr son pleads with the heavens for his weapon of yore. Unlike the common beggars, I will shoulder the labor. I'll embark on a quest to aquire them thruought New Eden. As many as it takes. What would you consider an adequate offering?
Everyone can participate. Actually they will, because even dead weight becomes an obstacle. If you fear the old scrambler pistol, cherish the ones you have, horde them against me. Any who support my holy bargain, cough up those worthless pistols. Its even a good way to dip your toes into the market. Whats better than selling the lowest of gear to a reputable arms dealer?
There you have it. All you have to do is give me a number. Then tweak some values when I give you the guns. The rest is up to the community.

All you have to do is set a goal. 10000? 100000? Some ridiculous yet attainable number. I'll collect that many Wolfman and kubos ScP, they are just laying around.
Its really a community goal, because i get my stock from them.
If i dont acheive it nothing changes. If i gather up a satisfactory offering, you fix my gun.

Well...I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I don't really see one player collecting up a number of items as an event. What would you say to an event where we reward Scrambler Pistol kills with extra SP/ISK/gear?
If you do an event like that pick a real weapon. These are trash.

?? You would rather carry Breach Flaylock, Breach SG, or worst of all, the Assault Swarm Launcher? You know, sometimes hyperbole actually can be counter productive to your cause.
None of those are officer weapons, not my concern.
