I'm finding it increasingly difficult to convince others to play fw due to Lag the infested matches. Seems worse than ever. |

Seems like all of Dust problems are compounding and getting worse.
Long que times push people away from the game. This leads to more server jumping to find a match type they want. Server jumping makes lag worse. Lag makes the game super not fun so more people leave. etc etc.....
Combined with people going back to school/work/other games and you get the bullshit this game becomes during those last few hours before downtime. Nothing but Dom and FW with all that lag.

Believe it or not, but server jumping will still be a thing even without long que times. For one, us Oceanic players no longer have a server, so we jump between the remaining servers. Not to mention players on different servers offer different/more of a challenge.
Also people take holidays at different time, summer holidays down here are starting up in about 3 months and we still have the two week spring holiday coming up. Not to mention people can take leave from work if they have enough leave hours saved up or their boss okays it.
Also downtime is different throughout the world. For me it is around midnight when the servers go down, for Europeans it can be between 11am-3pm depending on their time zone. It differs everywhere around the world so at different times you will have different people playing thus creating your "bullsh*t game".

Bruh, i play with Australians and folk from the UK all the time and iKnow how downtime works. What i was saying is now that less people are playing there will be longer ques because Scotty has a smaller pool to pull from. To remedy the ridiculous wait times people will either jump servers or set it to auto and get pulled to a less optimal server anyway. Therefore making things lag. To get a skirm in those last hours before DT i set my server search to auto and i can tell when i get pulled to a Asian or EU match. Am i purposely jumping servers? Nope. But **** like that happens when i get 10minute scotty messages when searching on the US server.
Or i play Trans Galactic Tournament

You actually just made my point. Server jumping will happen regardless due to different timezones. Also not all Oceanic players are Aussies.

I always que skirmish/Dom and never wait more than a minute... Even 30 min before downtime when there is the least players according to the server. Tho I usually get Dom seems like what most people from cod background can play since it's less complex. I also get a lot of rounds that's have already started due to the mudstuffins cherry picking their rounds/giving up due to not being able to adapt. |

I don't play often, much less pubs. I have Ambush and Acquisition checked and with Automatic I get in under 3 minutes.

A bit less complex??? Get off your high-horse Einstein, maybe people want to play an objective based game mode without having to 'tactically' run around for 5 mins to shoot 1 person. These maps were made for a lot more players originally.
Edit: With PC and FW why would anyone play Skirmish? (Inb4 Not everyone has access to PC and FWs full of 16man stomps)
