It would be an awesome new thing to add into the game, so plz consider it ccp. The way that this would work is in your dropsuit fitting you select your gun and then you would have a new option called "modify." After selecting that option, the screen would zoom into the gun and he rest of he dropsuit would dissappear. He gun itself would have its own cpu and pg. It would be given four-five slots: the butt of the gun, he scope, the magazine, the barrel, and (if needed) a heat sink. You would have to purchase he mods with isk and restock them just like dropsuit mods. These mods would also have tiers: std, adv, and proto. They would pretty much be the exact same as dropsuit mods only for guns. And so because of that the proto attachment would cost more cpu pg and isk than the std one. These mods would come with the gun's proficiency skill. Lvl. 1: std Lvl. 3: adv and Lvl. 5 proto attachments. Or we could have a completely different skill branch on the gun, it would be up to ccp and what you guys prefer.
So what do you guys think of this idea? Like it? Complete BS? Needs something? Just feel like saying sonething random? Lemme know bellow.

If you want to think of new features, they HAVE to be things we already have, with very simplistic forms of implementation.
Anything else and you're just hoping for the sake of hoping without a snowballs chance in hell of it ever actually happening.
I think from now on I should list in my posts like this that they are just for fun and that I know that they aren't going to happen and that they are just for discussion and to get rid of the depressing atmosphere

Hmm... maybe I should rename that fifth attachment slot to something else such as "extra slot" or something like that. The slot would include things such as grenade launchers, silencers, heat sinks and etc.
