Your Level 45 in Assault is substantially higher than my current level (5) as well as my current trainer's level (25). Good chance you know more about "Assaulting" than my current trainer, so I click your name again and this time select 'Request Training'. All specializations where your rank is 10+ levels greater than mine are listed. I select Assault.
You receive Notification:
Adipem Nothi has requested Assault Training. Do you wish to train?
Why train me? Because
CCP a considerate NPC pays you AUR for each and every match you complete with a trainee. The higher your level of specialization, the more you get paid. The wider the specialization gap between you and your trainee, the more you get paid. The more consecutive matches you run with a given trainee, the more you get paid.
But you already have a trainee. You could (A) ditch your current trainee and take me on as your pupil instead, though by doing so you'd forfeit your consecutive training bonus, (B) decline my request or (C) upgrade your Combat Training subsystem to Level 2 so at any time you can have up to 2 trainees in your Training Channel.
I receive Notification:
Kevall Longstride has accepted your request for Assault Training. You have been added to his Training Channel. You will receive a 20% bonus for WP earned while running Assault Suits while in squad with Kevall Longstride.
Note: Training other players at present is largely an altruistic undertaking that is often not worth the effort. Introducing a formal system which rewards players not only for their effort and participation but also their level of earned expertise could permanently impact new player experience.
Thought the idea was worth sharing. o7
