I am wondering if CCP would allow corporations to rent server time for team/corp training?

Seems like a great idea. However, could this be considered P2W?

As long as it is for training purposes, I do not see how this would be considered pay to win.

It's an interesting idea for monetization. NPC corporations rent out battlefields for AUR. Merc corporations use them for training. The NPC corporations then pick up the debris and refurbish the place for the next event.
Would people actually pay per match or would a weekly/monthly plan with unlimited matches be preferable? What would a suitable rate be in either case? |

Because corps who dish out money for practice and training would have a distinct advantage over corps who don't.

Wouldn't this already be possible using PC? Would carry the risk of weakening a district.

That would probably just turn into a big play ground leaving the rest of the game to nothing but the newbies.
Hmmm.....
Could be a good idea after all.

It will probably encourage the corps to work together if one of them is willing to foot the bill.
Better yet, if CCP can implement a system in which a voucher of sorts can be purchased for AUR and then either redeemed for private server time or traded away to another player for ISK like how Eve Online's PLEX is, we might see this take off.

Would the terrible lag issues be solved if all PC's were fought on a dedicated server? A server that was paid for by all corps that want to PC? This would then remove the EVE Orbital element, but could it actually solve the lag issues that plague PC?

Yeah, not so sure how the system would be implemented, but I would be willing to pay if I could get our teams into the same battlefield.
The training value of gaming time would go through the roof...
Just a thought.
