In certain conditions, especially laggy conditions. Grenades when thrown are not exploding or doing damage.
This like I said is usually in laggy situations and usually a prelude to a hard freeze from what I can tell, along with loss of bullet detection.
Also noticed that under these conditions when you are getting hit the damage does not register right away.
ie me fighting in my heavy suit and still having 100% shields and armor after a assault guy shoots me then after he starts shooting me again, 2 assault rifle bullets later I have 25% armor in a sudden drop of hp from 100% shields.
I realize this is most likely caused by the lag and may be fixed in house but just in case, I am posting =) |

I have noticed something similar in situations and it seems like they go off only if i die, much like remote explosives, or they are thrown unnaturally far from where you would think that they would. For example I was attacking A from the western spawn terminal and tossed a grenade at a person down the hill from me facing towards those cargo containers the grenade didnt explode and the guy got me but as I hit O an explosion went off on the ridge where snipers and heavies usually hang out to defend A. There was no one else around (on my mini map) aside from myself and my killer so egh. |

This happens to me constantly now with the new build, same goes for forge gun blasts, they just don't show up half the time. |

i've seen it happen to me, toss multiple AV right at a vehicle and no boom, no damage done had to resort to shooting it |

yeah, i've had this a couple of times. I've also had a problem where the militia grenades only give me one nade per spawn, but I'm not sure whether it's supposed to be that way now?!?! |

I have had a serious problem with duds, or as i like to call the other issue i have had with them superballs. Throwing the grenade at the groud while retreating and watching it soar into the air and 30 yds away. Duds seem to happen about 2 or 3 out of every ten thrown. Superballs seem to be about a 50/50, if they don't bounce they are usually a dud oddly enough. Really sucks when you in a fire fight against 2 heavies and an asault and your equipment fails. lol |
