If we had a lot of lore and better immersion earlier on, the game would've been much more entertaining. But that's the past, lets talk about the now. Are loading screen descriptions out of the question? I feel like this could be used to help people understand things better. I feel like Faction Warfare could do well with this. Doesn't have to include videos or anything but even just texts and a picture would be good enough. Or maybe a series of events that changes outcome with the actions of the players? Basically like the Caldari Prime event in how the Titan fell when the Gallente won. This is a great idea. I guarantee that 95% of the people that play this game don't even know that there are events constantly happening on EVE. Of those that know few probably check EVE World News. It would be fantastic if in the corner of my Mercenary room I had a large hologram of headline news, and when I opened it I could read it in real time, and see the news.
