It's the difference from hitting the bullseye when you were aiming at the target and hitting the exact spot you called out before hand. Why shot groupings and how tight the cluster is more important than any single shot at a gun range.
The PLC is such a tricky yet rewarding weapon.
Popping out of a corner for a fraction of a second, plc precharged to fire as you attain LoS , dumping that hot sticky load and then retreating, thinking you have missed and then a second later " +50 Kill " ... man what other weapons reward you in such a lovely way

Dust is literally unplayable on it. So I have that old tv with 0input lag and it's great too. Smaller screen and stuff. I only use it for dust anyways.

So is it an old CRT TV, I guess you are using a scart lead for the connection too right?
