Caldari Assault because shields. ScR isn't OP, imo. Eveytime I see one of those yellow beams I just hide and usually don't go 1vs1 unless I'm at long range. Because I know I'm gonna get obliterated in seconds unless I find some cover. I fear more any Gallente rifle though, once my shields are down my tiny armor doesn't save me, unlike what happens with ScR. Meanwhile I can tank RR and CR all day if I stay at medium-long range.
Amarr Scout: dual tanking, or jumping mods. With all that stamina it can jump all day, or be almost an assault suit with dual shield and armor tanking. The bonus to scan precision is like having an inherent precision mod with a Gallente scout. I'd try this baby with slave weapons: Combat Rifle and a Flaylock.
MinLogi: the repair tool bonus is awesome. It's the true logibro imo. Minmatar fashion is disgusting, though, so I use CalLogi. It's a resilient suit that's useful in all the explosive chaos that goes around fatties, lol.
Amarr Heavy imo. As you said the suit with the most HP in game. I'd stack this guy with vanilla plates all the way to be a true fatty.
Minmando: Combat Rifle and Mass Driver combo is deadly. Another strong candidate is the Galmando for a ridiculous GEK damage and tank destroyer with a Plasma Cannon. I won't say Calmando because sniper's bad reputation, but it's the obvious suit if you wanna snipe. |

The AmSent may have the best armor, but it is dead without a logi.
And when I AmSent, even in PCs, there are no damn logis around.... make no mistake amarr sentinel is still king. the other heavys just specialize in a certain type of role. no amount of fast regen will help you in a 1v1 heavy fight.
I'm glad I still have to gtfo everytime I see a heavy.
