Do we have any eta on this being released??
And what kind of content we will see included??
Since PC 2.0 I have seen quite a few Corps take a step in (they get burned pretty bad) and having unique gear would add incentive for more to join in to the 'Can't beat em, join em' Conquest mode we have available. SOONtm.
Regarding PC, CP is great, for an actual Corp to test their mercs on the ground, or to initiate raids but there is a major issue with no-shows, given the amount of Alts active, it's no surprise there are Alt Corps spamming attacks with no intent on showing. This needs a fix, but a way that does not hurt those actually making something from the system by fighting in it
First thought is to add an attack deposit.. the Attacking Corp pays (10mil?) upon launching an attack, this is returned to them after the PC battle if they deployed, if they do not, the 10mil is divided as a PC payout to the defending side, thoughts?? (being CCP'd would need to be accounted for, if they did not depoy as they could not, they should get ISK back)
- I don't want to see a decent mechanic removed due to players actions - By paying a deposit, Raids are essentially free if they fight, and farming is not an issue (unless you want your own ISK badly)
Overall, I am enjoying PC 2.0, once we have somewhere to spend TheDK and put a bandaid on no-shows..
It will be a job well done by CCP.

Edit : Or as I said, just give all the ISKs from the clones to the defending side if no more than 5 people actually show up after 5min of battle. This would be even easier to code I think ^^ And give the clone+CP back when CCPed ;)
It cannot be ISK from clones as that would be back to Farmville in Molden Heath.
Attackers paying a deposit to launch attack however, cannot be farmed as it means the deposit is paid to defenders for a no-show. This acts as a punishment for no-shows more than anything, and reimbursement for time wasted for defenders..
To farm this proposal, you'd be earning your own 10mil in the first place, so not really a good tactic

This empty DK market has gone on long enough eh. Quite tired of being farmed by my corp.
I missed out on most of the good times exploiting the first system, so paychecks don't exist for DMG mercs However, ISK gathered via clones is distributed between the mercs fighting for those clones which is only fair.
Earning CP is rewarded with DK, putting suits on the line in battles is rewarded with ISK from clones..
I had heard N-F were giving paychecks, though I am unsure of the rest of MH. Most likely some PC directors are laughing their asses off as their wallets multiply
-Not wiping District ownership along with PC 2.0 was a really BAD call from CCP, as some of the Corps who profitted most held the most land and are now able to increase their earnings, making the rich even richer.. increasing the gap between players.
Back on topic.
ETA on The DK store would be great Some punishment for no-shows even more so

It would just be a transfer of ISK if people try to farm out of this ^^ The attacker would still have to pay for the clones in the first place right? Your idea is flawless but I think it'd be harder to code than what I said ^^
Damn code, always getting in the way
The most important thing is a penalty to sending no-show attacks.. Being in a playerbase born to exploit rewards.. adding those may be tricky

BoooOOOooooOo HHOOooooOOoo we want a convoluted new band aid because people are annoying us. GET OVER IT. This is New Eden and if people want to troll you by making you show up for a battle that turns out to be a chance for you to go explore your district then they can.
Free district locks aren't so bad, trust me it's much more of a pain actually having to setup a battle.. I just dislike having Corp members log in and think sweet we have 3 PC's for none of them to be a battle.. it just encourages more players to log out.
How do you suppose no-show battles add anything good to Dust activity??
Don't give me your New Eden BS, this is not point and click spaceship we are playing.. Dust is an FPS, the focus should be around battles, not scrubs time wasting and acting like they achieved something PC noshows are on par with FW teamkills/awoxing.. just another way for scrubs to counter the fact they can't git gud
Any feature like this on Dust should be got rid of, we should be encouraging mercs to fight.. PC 2.0 does that, by allowing smaller Corps a shot without putting their ISK on the line to fight PC battles
- No shows encourage players to stop and think, why dafuq did I log in?? *go back to PS4* Scrubs trying to force New Eden scumbaggery into a FPS is the reason less than 3000 gamers log in anyway
Please enlighten me, how no-showing adds anything but another reason for mercs to play something else
