I don't blame Rattati. He's trying to add new stuffs and make money out of the game. But what Apoc said is true, the bugs and glitches keep on accumulating they are the #1 reason dust can be so sh!tty sometimes.
They can add all the content they want, as long as they don't take the time to rebuilt the foundations properly, the game will still be the same..
Why would they make it perfect when it was a beta test all along for a game (project legion) that they were developing. Any smart person knows this. The point of a beta test is to fix bugs to make the real project better. I just don't think CCP ever expected it to be such a big hit.
