This has to be one of the most pathetic and ignorant things my associates and I have ever had the misfortune of reading on this net.
We have however decided to address your incredibly uneducated world-views point by point.
Firstly, despite events like the firing of the mysterious super-weapon during the Minmatar invasion of YC110, and the varying theories on the subsequent consequences (up to and including the appearance of the first wormholes), or even her supposed maladies and bouts of mental instability, Empress Jamyl Saurum was the bringer of a great deal of positive change to New Eden as a whole. Her emancipation of countless slaves, sharing of various technologies, and willingness to come to the table with the other leaders of New Eden proved her to be a rational, compassionate leader.
I am curious as to why you think the Amarr brought the wrath of the Drifters upon themselves. While it is true they were the only empire to take real action against the intruders, it was also clear that the Drifters had more interest in the Amarr than anyone else. While you may see this as evidence of the Amarr secretly doing something they should not have been, that is mere speculation. You can hardly blame them for moving to defend themselves against a perceived threat. You call them obstinate as an insult, but they are no more so than any other empire, especially your own. I would very much like to hear you explain how the Amarr "brought this tragedy on themselves".
You say the Amarr should have waited for allies to assist them. A "co-ordinated response" as you put it. It has been half a year since the first appearance of the Drifters, and their incursions into sovereign territories. If their allies can't find the time to co-ordinate something within that time frame, they are either incompetent or unwilling. The State of course was, and continues to be, the latter. Never forget that when the Empress asked for allies to come to her aid, the other empires refrained involvement, INCLUDING their 'ally' the State.
Despite this, the Amarrian fleet is hardly in ruins. The nation has lost a dear leader, and suffered serious losses in skirmishes, but even all those destroyed amount to only a tiny fraction of the strength of their regional fleets.
Domain Fleet assembled, YC110
Furthermore, the Amarr were never your allies in a fight against the Federation, merely your Bankers.
Are you aware of the massive amount of money that the Amarr empire loaned to the State in order to support it through one of the harshest economic period of it's existence: Heth rise to power and subsequent leadership. Of course you probably aren't aware of the CAESA (Caldari-Amarr Economic Stimulus Agreement) of YC110, and the trillions of ISK the Amarr poured into the State economy just to keep it alive.
Heth then so proudly stated ""Do not think this is charity; this is an obligation. By accepting this, we promise the Empire that they will receive a profit on their investment, which is in the interest of both nations. Our honor is on the line. I expect every citizen to do their State proud".
Did you know that to this day, the State has not paid back the Amarr? A truly wonderful ally the State was, who never showed up when needed and never repaid debts owed, and now you try to somehow condemn the Amarr? For shame.
Lastly, we aren't sure why you believe "young Caldari men and women (are)...sent to fight and die alongside the Amarr". The State Army/Navy, which is ironically far smaller and worse off in every way than any individual corporate force, does not send personnel to fight alongside the Amarr in any way. If you are referring to Capsuleer militias, then you are a fool to think those decisions involve the State in any way. Capsuleers do as they please, and go where they wish.
And so 'I' (we) say, may all similarly boulder-headed Caldari pseudopatriots pull their heads out of the dirt and take a look at what is actually happening in the world around them, rather than making fools of themselves. Perhaps take time to closely examine the events of the past seven years.
Shame on you for your ignorance, mister Fae. You are no more than a small man, thinking he had some sort of clout because he carries a gun. You do not speak for the State, or anyone in it, and are completely bereft of real honour. The Caldari citizens expressing sorrow and regret to the Amarrian people for their loss, they are the real patriots in all this.
