Decided to lotto off all my ISK. Why not? Rules are simple.
Ticket price: 1 Million ISK
Max tickets: infinite
I will pick one random ticket and reward them with 75M ISK AND all the ISK from bought tickets.
Secondary post coming next week with exact details on how to enter.

I know how these work....you assume EVERYONE will be like HELL YEAH OMG UNF UNF UNF SEND SEND SEND and you'll get 150 million isk and you can give 75 away to a "random" person when in reality you'll give it to one of your buddies because that's what folks do or you'll pick an alt that is you.
The winner is (insert buddie or alt name here)!!
